About Us

Softfall Pty Ltd has been in the business of synthetic surfacing since 1982 and the company is considered a leader in the industry. The company has a strong reputation for delivering high quality innovative, creative and exciting solutions. We trade under the name of Gadsby Surface Solutions.

We are located in Smithfield NSW in our own warehouse and stock our raw materials there. The company started as an installer of synthetic grass and over the years has expanded into wet pour rubber and now landscaping and fixed play equipment.

We pride ourselves on having made a contribution to the success of literally thousands of projects.  The difference between a mediocre result and an outstanding success is often the engineered solution that we bring to our projects.

We employ our own installation teams and our managing director is an engineer and brings a wealth of problem-solving experience

We have staff who are certified RoSPA operational playground inspectors. We have this certification to be able to fully understand play spaces and how pieces of equipment should be installed and maintained and where impact attenuation surfaces are required.

As it would be a conflict of interest, we do not offer drop testing of Softfall® surfacing, however, we have a list of independent testers/certifiers.
