A new piece of playground equipment represents a sizeable investment in finance and children's future. Our number one priority must always be the children's safety. In this regard, all our equipment complies with the safety requirements of Standards Australia. These standards are AS 4685.parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 - 2004; AS/NZS 4486.1; AS/NZS 4422:1996 plus AS/NZS 4422:1996 Amdt.1-1999.

Good playground equipment should help in the development of children's motor skills, coordination, social skills, decision making and learning. To achieve these goals the equipment must above all be fun and enjoyable for the children to use, otherwise the children will not want to play on it. It must be challenging but not over powering. It must also be age appropriate, since younger smaller children do not have the upper body strength, coordination and agility of older children which is required to successfully manage many overhead components. In early childhood situations consider equipment with separate decks that can be joined or accessed with relocatable ladders and bridges that the children can rearrange on a daily basis.

The quality of your new investment is also very important. Quality is seen in the finish of the product and the installation, but it goes far deeper than just what you can see. It is the use of first grade materials and components, corrosion resistant hardware and the finest grade finishes. All this attention to detail ensures strong durable and long lasting equipment, and your peace of mind. Our commercial play systems steel components (posts, rails, decks, grips and panels) carry a ten year structural warranty, plastic components a five year structural warranty, whilst parts subject to movement such as bearings and bushes etc carry a two year structural warranty. Timber posts and decks carry a five year warranty if regularly oiled and maintained.

Your new equipment also carries safety, age suitability, and supervision signage. Not only that, all equipment designed to go over particle fill softfall has markers on the posts bottoms so that it is easy to see when the softfall material is below the minimum required depth and needs raking or topping up. We provide a backup service in case anything does go wrong (such as vandalism or accidental damage), and are able to supply you with replacement parts if required. If your new equipment is safe and fun for children to use, as well as strong and durable with a long life expectancy you are automatically ensured of good value for money. Remember, the initial cost of the investment is only part of the equation; the cost over the whole life of the equipment is what really counts.

We also believe that you deserve really good old fashioned service. Right from your first phone call, the dispatch of any information which you require, through the design process, manufacture and installation of your new equipment to the installation of softfall, we'll endeavour to make your journey as speedy and pleasant as possible. Whether your equipment is a single deck or a large complex model, you'll receive the same service. This includes computer aided coloured drawings so you know exactly what your new investment will look like.
